These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and we999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the we999 website at we999.plus, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on the platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

• You must be a human individual. Accounts operated by bots, scripts or automated tools are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection.

we999 does not make representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players access and use the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Each player may hold only one account on we999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. we999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

we999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including for the purposes of age verification, anti-money laundering compliance, or withdrawal processing. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

• One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Accurate registration details required at all times.
• Account security is the player's responsibility.
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.
• Accounts registered with false information may be permanently closed.

we999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer to major Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance in PKR.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference. we999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• we999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited into we999 may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention to play is prohibited.
• we999 reserves the right to reverse deposits and refund them to the originating payment method if suspicious activity is detected.

we999 does not store full card or bank account details. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own security protocols.

Players may withdraw their real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank accounts registered in the player's own name.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless approved otherwise by our support team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. we999 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any stage of the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Standard processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally within the same session for verified accounts. Bank transfer timelines may vary.
• Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only converted real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• we999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

In cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns or breaches of these Terms are suspected, we999 reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold where permitted by applicable obligations.

we999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Bingo ticket offers and cricket season promotions during PSL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time they are offered, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier and any game restrictions will be clearly stated when the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire after the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Modifications: we999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Free Bets and Free Play: Any winnings generated from free bets or free play credits are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

we999 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other formats), football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds are locked for that bet.
• we999 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market, for any player, at any time and without explanation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void or postponement, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed before the bet is placed. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned due to weather without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network conditions. we999 will not be held responsible for bets accepted at incorrect odds due to live data feed errors — such bets may be voided at our discretion.
• Results are settled based on official scorecards and results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). Unofficial or social media results are not used for settlement.
• If a player places a bet on both sides of the same market (arbitrage or "arbing") using multiple accounts or any other method to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, we999 reserves the right to void those bets and close associated accounts.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to your balance immediately upon market settlement.

we999 offers Live Casino table games (including Baccarat and Roulette), Fish Games, Bingo and Esports betting. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified systems. we999 does not manipulate game results.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections during a Fish Games session, Live Casino hand or Bingo round — will be handled according to the game provider's fair play policy. Interrupted rounds may be voided and stakes returned where a result cannot be determined.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game or table are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Live Casino games are operated by real dealers via live stream. By participating, you accept that stream quality may vary depending on your internet connection and that we999 is not liable for quality degradation caused by your device or network.
• Bingo tickets are non-refundable once purchased and a round has commenced. If a Bingo room closes unexpectedly before completion, stakes will be refunded.
• Fish Games winnings are determined by the multipliers and targets displayed within the game at the time of play. Displayed multipliers are accurate as of the time the game is loaded.
• Esports betting follows the same settlement rules as sports betting — results are based on official tournament organisers' declarations.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the we999 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately — exploitation for personal gain will result in account closure and reversal of affected winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including coordinating bets in Live Casino or Esports markets to guarantee outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Using the platform to facilitate financial transactions without the genuine intention to engage in gaming.
• Abusing promotions or wagering requirements in bad faith, including through matched betting or multi-accounting.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing we999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's back-end systems, servers or databases.

we999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering, identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used by or on behalf of a minor.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from your payment provider — accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at we999's discretion, particularly where the balance is connected to the prohibited activity. Where no breach is found and a closure is at the platform's discretion without player fault, verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any resulting real-money balance paid out to the registered payment method after verification.

To the fullest extent permitted, we999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, server outages or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from your use of we999.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Accuracy of live sports data feeds used for in-play betting settlement — while we use reliable data providers, we999 is not liable for brief data inaccuracies during live events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by we999. In all other respects, we999's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

we999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes. we999 does not sell personal data to third parties.
