If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." No. We999 allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, including any winnings held within them. If you think a duplicate account was created by mistake, contact support immediately so we can merge or close it before it causes any issues for you.

You can update most account details — like your email address or contact number — through the Account Settings section after logging in. Some changes, such as your full name or bank account number, may require you to submit a short verification request for security reasons. This is standard practice to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

We999 supports the most popular payment options used across Pakistan, including:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet & app)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet & app)
• Raast instant bank transfers
• Direct Bank Transfer (online banking)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

All amounts are in PKR. Visit our Deposit page for full details on minimum and maximum limits.

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your We999 account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may occasionally take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your wallet or banking app and contact our support team with the reference number.

To withdraw, log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Raast — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Your account details must match your registered name for the withdrawal to go through successfully. If your first withdrawal is taking longer than expected, it may be undergoing a standard identity check.

Yes, We999 has a minimum withdrawal threshold to keep the process efficient. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed clearly in the Withdrawal section of your account. If your balance is below this threshold, you will need to play a bit more before requesting a cashout. There is no fee charged by We999 on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees in some cases.

New players on We999 are welcomed with a generous sign-up bonus on their first deposit. The exact percentage and maximum bonus amount are shown on our Promotions page, where all current offers are listed with their full terms. As with any bonus, wagering requirements apply before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. We recommend reading the bonus conditions carefully so you get the most out of the offer.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 worth of bets before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable cash. We999 always shows wagering requirements upfront so there are no surprises. Check the specific terms on the Promotions page for each offer.

Absolutely. We999 runs dedicated promotions during Pakistan Super League season, T20 international series, and other major Cricket tournaments. These can include enhanced odds, cashback offers, free bets, and leaderboard competitions with PKR prizes. Keep an eye on our Promotions page and make sure your notification preferences are on so you never miss a Cricket special. We also run Football and Esports promotions throughout the year.

We999 offers a wide variety of entertainment options, including:

• Sports Betting — Cricket (PSL, T20, ODI), Football, Esports and more via the Bet section.
• Bingo — Multiple Bingo rooms with different ticket prices and prize pools via Bingo.
• Fish Games — Skill-based shooting games where you win by catching fish, available at Fish Games.
• Slots & Casino Games — A broad selection of slots, table games, and Live Casino titles.

New games are added regularly, so check the Platform page for the latest additions.

We999 provides live in-play betting on Cricket matches so you can place bets as the game unfolds — including live overs, wicket markets, and match outcomes. Live statistics and score updates are displayed alongside the betting interface. This makes following PSL games and T20 internationals even more exciting. Head to the Bet section on matchday to explore the live betting options available.

Fish Games are interactive shooting games where you control a cannon and aim to catch fish swimming across the screen. Each fish has a different point value, and you win PKR based on how many you catch within the game session. Different Fish Game rooms have different entry stakes, so you can start with lower amounts while you learn the mechanics and move to higher-stakes rooms as your confidence grows. Visit Fish Games to try them out.
